There are other benefits of living in gated community apartments, such as safety, lower maintenance cost compared to an independent house, location, and affordable living cost.


But, how about living in apartments with kids?

Since apartment kitchens are tiny than individual houses, you make one meal and the entire surface of the kitchen will be covered in trash, crumbs, and piles of dishes. You will only wind up cleaning your kitchen if you are with young children at home. Tiny spaces are a bit harder!
